How it works

Live in five minutes. Sharper every day.

One command connects your stack, imports years of history, and puts every agent on one shared brain, then the automations take over.

01

Install

One command and your whole team's agents are live.

$npm i -g synqed-app
$synqed setup
02

Connect & import

Link GitHub, Jira, Slack and more. We backfill years of history automatically.

03

Automate

Reviews, triage, standups and deploy notes, running on their own.

Ask your brain
Why did we move ingest off webhooks?

We switched to a pull-based queue in March 2024 after webhook retry storms dropped events under load.

ADR-08PR #412
Who owns billing now?

Platform picked it up from Payments in Q3, when the Stripe migration landed.

LIN-198#eng-platform

Every agent on your team answers from the same history — cited, not guessed.

No new app to learn. Mention @Synqed in any Slack channel and it answers from your team’s shared brain, grounded in the tickets, PRs, and decisions behind the question, before someone ships the mistake.

quick q, why’d we cap ingest retries at 3? about to bump it 👀

SynqedApp10:42 AM

We capped it at 3 in ADR-08: higher counts caused webhook retry storms that dropped events under load last March. Bumping it will likely bring those back. Worth a word with Marcus, who owns ingest.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

A shared memory and automation layer for your team’s AI coding agents. Synqed imports years of history from the tools you already use and turns it into one brain that every agent (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw and more) can query and update in real time.

GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear and Slack are live today. Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Discord and Teams are rolling out, and new integrations ship regularly. Connecting a source is one click, and years of history backfill automatically.

Every agent your team runs. Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw and more all read and write the same source of truth, so it doesn’t matter which tool each engineer prefers. They’re all working from the same context.

Cursor’s memory lives inside Cursor, for one person, starting from whenever you turned it on. Open source MCP memory servers give you a protocol, but you still have to build and host the ingestion, standardization and backfill yourself. Synqed does both: it backfills years of history from every tool your team already uses, and every agent your team runs shares that same brain, not a private cache tied to one editor.

Under five minutes. One command connects your stack and signs your team in; from there Synqed backfills your history and puts every agent on the shared brain without any per-developer setup.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can disconnect any source and delete everything whenever you want. SOC 2 compliance is in progress, and teams that need to keep everything in their own infrastructure can self-host.

Yes. Synqed can run in your own infrastructure so your team’s history never leaves your environment, useful for regulated teams or anyone with strict data-residency requirements. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
